A Microsoft Outlook Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since 1999, Diane is the author of several books, including Outlook 2013 Absolute Beginners Book. She also created video training CDs and online training classes for Microsoft Outlook.Sharing subfolders requires a bit more effort as the subfolders are not accessible from the Open Other Users Folder dialog.Administrators can use the tools listed below to change the permissions on many mailboxes or folders at once. However the second mailbox shows only the folder with no mail, until I click Send / Receive - Update Folders, then it downloads fine and I can read the mail. When I turn off shared folder caching it works fine.
I’m using Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode so I can read my emails while off-line.
Update 3/18/2014: The fix for this issue has been released and is a part of March 11 2014 update for Outlook 2013. We wanted to make certain that Exchange admins are aware of an Outlook issue which may impact your plans to move to Exchange Server 2013.
As discussed in KB:2934750, Outlook 2013 customers who deployed client updates released in November and December of last year may experience a profile migration error post mailbox migration.
